Adrienne offers individual psychotherapy sessions in English only.  

 

All psychotherapy sessions are of a professional and completely confidential nature. Adrienne fully adheres to the Canadian Counselling Association and the Canadian Psychological Association’s code of Ethics.

  

I primarily assist individuals who are coping with:

  • Eating Disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, etc.)
  • Body Image Concerns
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Self-Esteem issues
  • Relationship Issues
  • Supporting loved ones through an eating disorder
  • Career Counselling

Fees (coverage available)

 

Fee for each session is $110.62 plus HST.

 

Given that fees for counselling services are tax deductible and deemed as medical expenses, receipts for income tax purposes will be provided upon receiving payment after each session.  

 

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session without payment.

 

*Individual and group yoga instruction (Hatha and Vinyasa) are also offered.  Rates will depend on the group size and location.
